SIZING

Q: how do i know what my size is?
A: individual item descriptions will contain exact item measurements; comparing these measurements to one of your own garments is a good way to evaluate fit. the size chart provides general sizing reference. if an item doesn't fit, you can return it for a refund minus shipping and a small restocking fee (see below).

Q: why are only small sizes listed in the store? how can i purchase an item in a larger size?
A: most of the items available in the shop are small or medium; however, if you would like an item made in a larger size, you can contact me at custom@lovefromvirgil.com to request a custom item or larger size. a custom piece will generally take about 2 weeks to complete.

BUYING
Q: i don't have a paypal account. can i purchase items off your site?
A: yes; simply proceed through the paypal checkout, clicking the "i don't have a paypal account" link when prompted to sign in. for your first purchase or two, you don't need to sign up; after that, you can easily set up an accout for free--this will enable you to safely pay by credit or debit card all over the internet.

Q: do you accept check or money order?
A: i accept checks and money orders from all buyers within the US. however, you should not use the shopping cart to make a purchase with check or money order; instead, send an email with your name and address, and the name, size, and color of the items you would like to purchase to orders@lovefromvirgil.com so i can put your item on hold and give you the LFV mailing address for your payment. please note that if you are paying by personal check, i will have to wait for it to clear before shipping your item; this can take up to 10 days. money orders or cashier's checks will allow you to get your item as soon as possible, and they're super easy to get at any bank or post office.

SHIPPING
Q: when can i expect my item to arrive?
A: i will ship in-stock items within two to five business days of recieving cleared payment; all shipments are via USPS Priority Mail, which usually takes around 3 days to arrive within the US. international shipments will take longer. if an item is listed as backordered, it may take me up to two weeks to ship it to you. i will contact you if your item is delayed any longer than this.

Q: i live outside the US. will you ship?
A: yes. simply click the global (or canadian, if you live in canada) "add to cart" button underneath the US button in the description of the item you would like to purchase; international shipping fees will be automatically added to your total.

RETURNS
Q: can i return or exchange an item?
A: yes. returns due to shipping or other errors on the part of LOVE FROM VIRGIL can be returned for a full refund; all other returns will be result in a refund minus shipping charges and a 5% restocking fee. for this reason, you should contact me with any questions about an item BEFORE you purchase it. due to limited inventory, exchanges will be given on a case-by-case basis. for more information on returns, contact orders@lovefromvirgil.com.
